People experiencing homelessness face significantly higher rates of severe illness and premature death. There is no standardized hospital-to-recovery pathway and existing shelters have limited options, unable to meet post-acute, clinical needs.

What We Do
We connect homeless populations in St. Louis to community resources and post-acute residential medical care. Our goal is to create a leading medical respite center in the STL region, providing a sanctuary
for homeless individuals who are too sick or frail to recuperate on the streets, yet do not require hospitalization, allowing them to receive the care and support needed for healing.
